Job Description / Responsibility

  • Good Knowledge of HR & Admin Related Job
  • Good Knowledge of maintaining staff annual leaves Database
  • Streamlining company’s structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for the staff
  • Overall supervision of admin matters with the highest degree of efficiency
  • Building up performance driven environment for all the departments
  • Ensure staff development plan through training
  • Manage and modernize Employee Performance Appraisal process and procedures
  • Ensure timely and accurate staff payroll; Salary & Service Charge processing, payment disbursement in coordination with Accounts
  • New Employees Orientation

Job Nature


Educational Requirements

MBA in Human Resource Management or Equivalent with good academic track record from any recognized and well reputed university.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Training & Development, Performance & Career Management

Job Requirements

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection
  • Adequate knowledge on MS Office package Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
