Art is an important part of learning at Bangladesh International Tutorial (BIT). It allows students to explore ideas, express emotions and develop confidence. BIT celebrated creativity through its inaugural Literature and Art Festival last year in the honour of Founder Principal Ms. Lubna Choudhury. Events like this bring together students, teachers and parents to enjoy literature, drama and visual arts. The festival gives students a stage to present their talents and ideas.
During the festival students took part in exhibitions, art displays and live performances. One of the most memorable highlights was the staging of Romeo and Juliet. The school production allowed students to experience theatre performance and storytelling while building confidence, teamwork and communication skills.
At BIT art education goes beyond traditional lessons. Students regularly participate in school based creative activities where they explore painting, sketching, crafting and design. These activities encourage imagination and help students develop patience, focus and attention to detail.
The school also organises seasonal programmes and creative workshops that allow students to explore different forms of art in a fun environment.
School productions are an exciting platform where students learn acting, stage design, costume preparation and creative expression. These experiences help them develop artistic skills as well as leadership and collaboration.
